Acceptance of Terms & Account Registration
By accessing, registering, or using the 428 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our services.
To register an account with 428, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority under applicable Malaysian law;
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process;
- Impersonating another person or using a false identity;
- Ensuring that your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
428 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including where the information provided is found to be false or in breach of these terms.

Account Security & User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your 428 account password and login details confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access due to your negligence.
You agree to:
- Not sharing your login details with any other party;
- Notifying 428 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
- Not using another person's account without written authorisation;
- Not attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the systems or infrastructure of the 428 platform;
- Not using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without explicit authorisation.
428 employs technical security measures including SSL encryption to protect user data. That said, no system is completely secure, and you are advised to take personal precautions such as using a strong, unique password.
Strictly Prohibited
- Money laundering through the platform
- Fraud or manipulation of the payment system
- Using another person's account information
- Any activity that violates Malaysian law
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 428 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods approved by the platform, which may change from time to time.
Deposit
You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited originate from a legitimate source and belong to you. 428 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used. Deposits received are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors recognised by the platform.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or payment method registered under the same name as your 428 account. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal can be completed. 428 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected or where identity verification has not been completed.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other liabilities arising from their winnings or transactions under applicable Malaysian tax law. 428 will not deduct or pay taxes on behalf of users unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 428 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 428 is not liable for:
- Any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including betting losses;
- Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or third parties;
- Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties or content providers;
- Unauthorised access to a user account resulting from the user's own negligence;
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
428 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Services may be temporarily interrupted for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
428 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms & conditions;
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity;
- Requests by legal authorities;
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 428 platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the property of 428 or our respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The 428 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. 428 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party websites. Use of such websites is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
428 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Your continued use of 428 services following any such changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this document shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
